Funeral Information and Support Services

Anyone requiring funeral information should contact the parish office. Nativity also offers after funeral meal support.
Delicious meals are provided by our wonderful volunteers.
There will be no charge for the members of our parish, but in order to cover the cost of the meat, a donation to the Ladies’ Guild would be greatly appreciated.
There will be a minimal fee for the cost of the lunch for non members of our parish.
Meats offered are: Baked Ham or Fried Chicken.

There is a form to be filled out by the family detailing their needs. Look for this under “forms” on this web site.
For any additional information, please call Funeral Dinner Coordinator Joan Rankine at 699-4866.

Would you like to volunteer to help with a very rewarding ministry?
We could use your help either in the kitchen, serving food, or donating a casserole or side dish for the luncheons.
Since taking over as coordinator of the funeral luncheon minister, I have made few changes.
There will be two teams who will alternate in assisting with the luncheons.
Team A and Team B. By doing this, it will eliminate the need to serve or donate for every funeral luncheon.

Those of us who are on the committee find our assistance to be greatly appreciated and we have also made some new friends.
If this sounds like something you would like to be involved in, please call me.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt thanks to all the volunteers who bring in their delicious casseroles, vegetables and desserts.
Because of your generousity, grieving families have somewhere to come and enjoy a meal after the funeral in the company of their loved ones. God bless you all!
